refund policy

We at M on the Square strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when planning and hosting their events. In order to ensure that our suppliers have enough notice to cater your event, we request payment for your event two months before the date of your event.

Once the payment has been made and the stock for your event has been purchased, no refunds will be available. This policy is in place to protect our suppliers who rely on our orders to plan and prepare for your event. In case you cancel your event, no refunds will be available.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate changes to your event date or other adjustments. However, we cannot provide refunds once the payment has been made and the stock has been purchased.
