Welcome to M on the Square Limited Venue's terms of use policy. By hiring our venue located at Town Hall, Market Place Brackley, NN13 7AB, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Alcohol and illegal substances/items: You are strictly prohibited from bringing your own alcohol or any illegal substances/items into the venue. We reserve the right to inspect your belongings at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

2. Electrical items: You are not permitted to plug any electrical items into the building's electrical sockets, unless given permission by a member of our staff. Any unauthorized use of electrical sockets may result in immediate disconnection of the device and removal from the venue.

3. Decoration: You are not permitted to decorate the building without prior written consent from a member of our staff. Any damage to the building resulting from unauthorized decoration will be charged to the hirer.

4. Damage: You assume full responsibility for any damage to the building, both internal and external, caused by you or your guests during your hire. Any damage caused will be charged to the hirer, and a full cost recovery will be sought.

5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You are responsible for ensuring that your event complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate your hire immediately and without notice if you violate any of these terms or applicable laws and regulations.

By hiring our venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions. M on the Square Limited Venue reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Liability Statement:

M on the Square Limited hereby states that we hold no responsibility for any injuries that may occur during your time in the building or event hosted by you. As the hirer, you assume full responsibility for any injuries sustained by your guests.

Furthermore, M on the Square Limited reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to the venue by you or your guests during the event. As the event booker, you assume full responsibility for any damages caused and agree to pay for them in full.

By booking an event with M on the Square Limited, you agree to the terms outlined in this liability statement and acknowledge that you understand and accept full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during your event.
